• • characters that will not work with my art style (unless we work something out)

  • hate speech

  • NSFW/fetishes

• drawings that will cost extra money... 

  • complex designs

  • heavy armour

  • having more than one character

  • speedpaints

GENERAL

YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS BY COMMISSIONING ME​

• These terms can and will change at any time without warning.

• I have the right to decline any commission and am not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.

• I do not begin working until I receive payment.

• If  you wish to receive a sketch of your drawing before it is fully finished please let me know in advance.

• Tell me the specifics of your commission before you send the payment. If you want something completely different after the commission is done, you will not receive a refund.​​​

• I work best with a thorough, detailed visual reference.

• Art is a luxury- please do not try to argue with my prices. You will be unable to get any commissions from me in the future if you do

PAYMENT

I only accept payment in USD through Venmo or Paypal and I do not begin work until the payment is received in full.​​​

• I will not change my prices for specific commissions

• The prices listed are base prices and may become higher if the commission is difficult or very detailed.

• I do not accept payment through any other means.

CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Changes to the sketch are not extra; I want the art to be exactly what you were hoping for.

• Full refunds are given if: the drawing is incomplete, the file gets corrupted during drawing and I cannot save it

• partial refunds are given if: it is not at all what you desired, you back out of wanting the commission

• If I make a mistake- please point it out, I will fix it free of charge. 

• ​If you wish to add something major to the drawing once it is complete, there will be an extra charge.

USAGE

• I retain the right to post the art on social media. If it is a commission of a character from a media, I have the right to sell that artwork. If you do NOT want a commission posted, please specify when ordering. 

• My work is for personal use only- NOT commercial. Please discuss with me if you would like to include my art in a commercial project.

• ​You may post, share, and edit the commission once it is yours- BUT YOU MUST GIVE CREDIT. Do not trace/copy my artwork. Claiming my artwork as your own can lead to serious consequences.
